Job summary

AUGMENTUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a QA Software Tester to design and execute detailed test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability across web and mobile platforms.

You will perform manual testing, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Proficiency in Python, OOP/SOLID, and Agile practices, plus Jira/Confluence, Git, and Zephyr, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python programming fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of OOP and SOLID principles.
• Experience in developing and debugging software applications.
• Familiarity with Git and SDLC; Agile with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Perform manual testing on web and mobile platforms to identify defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure test coverage aligns with functionality.
• Utilize Jira and Zephyr for test case management, bug tracking, and reporting.
• Support regression, exploratory, and UAT testing throughout development cycles.
• Contribute to integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline where applicable.
• Maintain clear documentation of test outcomes and assist in issue resolution.
