About the role
We are seeking a meticulous, delivery-focused QA professional to own the day-to-day quality of our client-facing platforms. This role is responsible for designing and running the regression suite, building test automation for critical user journeys, and providing the testing evidence required before each production release.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about protecting product quality — working closely with the project management team, developers, and external vendors to keep every release on track.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test cases and test data for web and mobile applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability and cross-browser or cross-device testing
- Own the regression pack for assigned modules and keep it current after each release
- Validate calculation-driven modules such as commission, banding and performance tracking against expected results supplied by the business owner
- Build and maintain automated test scripts for critical user journeys
- Run the automated smoke pack on deployment day and report results within the release window
- Maintain the automation framework, test data and environment configuration
- Extend automation coverage each quarter against an agreed target
- Define entry and exit criteria for each release with the project manager
- Log, triage and track defects to closure, including retest and verification

- API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured or equivalent
- SQL for backend data validation
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as TestRail, Jira or ClickUp
- Understanding of mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Able to work independently, prioritise across concurrent releases, and report defects with clear evidence
