Job summary

Nutek Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive procurement specialist to source raw materials and components, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and cost efficiency across production. Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or O Level with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently.
• Experience in vendor quality management and practices in purchasing & inventory management.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of Purchasing Functions, sourcing, recommending and negotiating with suppliers.
• Procurement of correct quantity and quality of goods to maintain continuous operation at the same time keeping the inventory at the lowest safe level.
• Ensure timely delivery and constant monitoring of all outstanding orders.
• Conduct yearly reviews with key suppliers.
• Establishing agreements for key commodities.
• Establishing and maintaining good communication with all departments to ensure efficient communications.
• Compile purchasing cost saving report.
• All Purchasing related administrative work.
