CMTI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to arrange and coordinate daily shipments and deliveries.

You will liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and transport providers to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, coordinating import/export, monitoring schedules and maintaining proper records. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–3 years of experience preferred in supply chain,

Qualificações

• NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement role (1–3 years or more depending on level).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as market analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fresh Graduates also welcome to apply.
