Job summary

INTERMECH MACHINERY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing & Planning Coordinator to manage stock purchasing, material sourcing, and replenishment, ensuring timely availability of materials.

The role involves arranging import/export shipments, coordinating with Logistics, and preparing production schedules to meet production plans. Candidates with 1–2 years in purchasing and planning, ERP and MS Office proficiency, and good communication will fit well; Singaporeans or PRs preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of purchasing and planning experience.
• N Level / O Level / Diploma / Nitec is acceptable.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP & MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, hardworking, self-disciplined & self-motivated.
• Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents may apply.
