Job summary

SHENG SHENG F & B INDUSTRIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a procurement and logistics professional responsible for end-to-end purchasing and delivery of FMCG products. You will source and procure to match demand, coordinate with suppliers, and arrange shipments to ensure on-time replenishment.

You will prepare shipping documents, monitor inventory, resolve supply issues, and collaborate with warehouse, sales, and operations to keep processes smooth while complying with food safety and customs

Responsibilities

• Source and procure products based on demand and inventory levels
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure pricing and on-time delivery
• Arrange import/export shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, permits, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (food safety, customs)
• Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment planning
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or supply issues
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution
