Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Purchasing Executive for a leading construction firm in Singapore. Based in Woodlands with transport provided, this permanent role offers standard office hours.

You will coordinate POs, monitor deliveries, maintain procurement records and liaise with project teams. Diploma holders with 3 years in construction are preferred; MS Office proficiency is essential, Globe3 or PDF Pro knowledge is a plus. Salary up to SGD 4,500 + bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process purchase orders from project sites and vendors.
• Generate and issue POs, ensuring accuracy in specifications and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory reports and follow up on deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve purchasing or delivery issues.
• Perform other administrative and procurement support duties as required.
