Job summary

ONION SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Purchaser to coordinate purchase orders from project sites and vendors to ensure timely deliveries. You will generate purchase orders and monitor inventory reports to support project execution in the construction sector.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant construction experience, and candidates should be independent, proactive, and detail-oriented. Globe3 and PDF Professional knowledge would be an advantage.

Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Purchasing, you will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders from project sites and vendors, to ensure timely deliveries.
• In addition, you will generate purchase orders and monitor inventory reports.

REQUIREMENT

• Possess a Degree/Diploma holders with at least 2 years of relevant working experience inconstruction company
• Independent, proactive, resourceful, results-oriented and with a good eye for details
• Knowledge on Globe3 and PDF professional will be added advantage
