Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a construction client in Woodlands to hire a Purchasing Executive responsible for end-to-end procurement activities across project sites and vendors.

The role requires a Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Globe3 and PDF Pro. Salary up to SGD 4,500 monthly plus bonus, with regular office hours and transport provided.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a construction company.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Globe3 and PDF Professional is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process purchase orders from project sites and vendors
• Generate and issue POs, ensuring accuracy in specifications and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory reports and follow up on deliveries to meet project timelines
• Maintain procurement records and vendor databases
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve purchasing or delivery issues
• Perform other administrative and procurement support duties as required
