Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing/Administration assistant to convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders in SRM, email POs to suppliers, and follow up on outstanding orders to meet delivery deadlines. The ideal candidate has purchasing or administrative experience, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with SAP/SRM.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills are required, with a 1-year contract commitment.

Location: Gul Circle

Salary: $3,000 per month

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5.15pm
