Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) is hiring a Purchasing/Procurement Clerk on a 1-year contract at Gul Circle. You will convert PRs into POs using SRM and liaise with suppliers.

Mon-Fri, 8am-5:15pm. SGD 3,000 per month. Company transport to Choa Chu Kang / Woodlands / Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Purchasing / procurement / order processing experience advantageous.
• Comfortable liaising with suppliers.
• Meticulous with good administrative and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert purchase requisitions (PR) into purchase orders (PO) using SRM.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and obtain order confirmations.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and backorders to ensure timely delivery.
• Review open PO reports and monitor order status.
• Liaise with suppliers on purchasing and delivery matters.
