Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a driven procurement professional for a 1-year contract in Singapore, near Kent Ridge MRT. Work hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will manage purchase orders, review requisitions, engage vendors, and monitor pricing to support cost-effective procurement within a global environment. Candidate should have SAP knowledge and procurement experience; all are welcome to apply with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute purchase order processes in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Review requisitions for accuracy and compliance, liaise with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify vendors, negotiate pricing, obtain information on availability, specs and delivery timelines.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and benchmark pricing against historical data and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate vendor pricing information and update price lists as market pricing changes.

Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented procurement professional to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-structured procurement function, work closely with key stakeholders and suppliers, and support efficient purchasing operations within a global environment.

Working Hours: Monday -Friday (8:30am - 5.30pm)

Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT

Job Type: 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute purchase order processes in accordance with established procurement policies and procedures.

• Review purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procurement requirements, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or obtain additional information.

• Identify and engage with appropriate vendors to support sourcing requirements, including negotiating and obtaining information on pricing, product availability, specifications, and delivery timelines.

• Evaluate and analyze vendor quotations, benchmarking pricing against historical purchase data and prevailing market conditions to support cost-effective procurement decisions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor pricing information and price lists, ensuring timely updates to reflect changes in market pricing and purchasing arrangements.
