Benel Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement and planning professional based in Singapore. You will handle purchasing, planning and inventory oversight, ensuring timely production and smooth operations across sales, logistics and production teams.

The role requires hands-on ERP usage and advanced Excel skills, with a focus on accurate records, supplier engagement and continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in purchasing, procurement, planning or operations.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system and strong MS Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Issue POs and process goods receiving
• Resolve issues with supplier regarding quality, delivery or pricing
• Maintain accurate procurement records including POs, contracts and supplier performance reports
• Prepare work orders for in-house production
• Monitor inventory movement and prepare monthly stock reviews
• Work with Sales, Logistics and Operations to keep procurement and production running smoothly

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field

• At least 2 years' experience in purchasing, procurement, planning or operations, ideally in manufacturing

• Hands-on experience with an ERP system

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (lookups, pivot tables).
