Job summary

SENG HUA HNG FOODSTUFF PTE LTD seeks a proactive Procurement Driver to support sourcing, purchasing, and logistics in Singapore. You will drive to suppliers, issue purchase orders, and coordinate on-time deliveries while keeping accurate records and following safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Class 3 license with logistics or procurement experience, strong attention to detail, and good written/spoken English.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in procurement or logistics.
• Excellent driving skills and familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain and update ISO / HACCP / BRC documentations

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing ad hoc materials as per company requirements.
• Drive to suppliers' locations or other designated places to purchase or collect items promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and filing documents.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain the company vehicle in good condition.
