Thisposition serves as an assistant to the company’s Purchasing Supervisor. The candidate will learn the procurement system operations ans follow the company’s purchasing department procedures to ensure that warehouse inventory is sufficient and supplies can be delivered in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with relevant purchasing experience will be preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good communication, coordination skills, and attention to detail.
• Due to work-related documentation and customer group requirements, English communication ability should be at least 5/10, Chinese at least 7/10.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday : 8:00a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (including 1 hour lunch break)
