Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Purchasing Officer in Singapore to handle end-to-end procurement activities.

You will issue POs, source new suppliers, and evaluate quotations while negotiating terms and monitoring delivery schedules. You will maintain accurate records and collaborate with store staff to ensure optimal stock levels. Candidates with at least a diploma in administration and 1 year of purchasing experience are encouraged to apply for this role with a focus on

• At least 1 year of purchasing-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Source and identify potential suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, quotations, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details into the internal database.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Coordinate with store staff to monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.
