Job summary

Airnovation Engineering Pte Ltd specializes in coldstores and air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation works, providing design and installation services for large logistics warehouses and projects.

We are seeking a dedicated procurement and inventory professional to manage daily purchase orders, supplier evaluation, and stock control within our engineering environment at Enterprise Hub, Jurong East. 1–3 years of experience and strong Excel/ERP skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• 1–3 years experience in purchasing or inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience in construction or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and manage procurement activities to meet project requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery schedules.
• Track and follow up on supplier orders to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Coordinate material deliveries to project sites and liaise with site teams and drivers.
• Verify delivered materials against POs and DOs to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain stock records and perform stock-in/stock-out activities.
• Update ERP transactions to reflect current stock levels.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Maintain purchasing and delivery documentation for audit and reference.

Job Summary

Manage purchasing and inventory processes to support project site operations, ensuring timely material delivery and accurate stock control within an engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and manage procurement activities to meet project requirements
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery schedules to optimize purchasing decisions
• Track and follow up on supplier orders and delivery status to ensure timely receipt of materials
• Coordinate material deliveries to project sites and liaise with site teams and drivers for smooth logistics
• Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery orders to maintain accuracyManage stock-in and stock-out activities and maintain detailed inventory records for operational efficiency
• Update purchasing and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system to reflect current stock levels
• Monitor stock levels regularly and assist with stock reconciliation to prevent shortages or excess
• Maintain comprehensive purchasing and delivery documentation for audit and reference purposes
• Perform additional purchasing and administrative duties as assigned to support team operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree qualification
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for data management
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills to ensure task completion
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented work approach
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is advantageous
