Job summary

You will manage daily purchasing, source suppliers, track orders, coordinate site deliveries, and maintain detailed stock records with ERP and Excel. Diploma or degree required; 1–3 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree qualification required.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills to ensure task completion.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented work approach.
• Experience in construction or engineering industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and manage procurement activities to meet project requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Track supplier orders and delivery status to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Coordinate material deliveries to project sites and liaise with site teams.
• Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Manage stock-in and stock-out activities and maintain inventory records.
• Update purchasing and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock reconciliation to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain purchasing and delivery documentation for audits and reference.
• Perform additional purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.
