Job summary

Airnovation Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a purchaser/inventory coordinator to support project site operations, ensuring timely material delivery and accurate stock control within an engineering environment.

You will manage daily purchasing, source suppliers, track orders, coordinate site deliveries, and maintain detailed stock records with ERP and Excel. Diploma or degree required; 1–3 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and manage procurement activities to meet project requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Track supplier orders and delivery status to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Coordinate material deliveries to project sites and liaise with site teams.
• Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Manage stock-in and stock-out activities and maintain inventory records.
• Update purchasing and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock reconciliation to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain purchasing and delivery documentation for audits and reference.
• Perform additional purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.

Manage purchasing and inventory processes to support project site operations, ensuring timely material delivery and accurate stock control within an engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and manage procurement activities to meet project requirements
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery schedules to optimize purchasing decisions
• Track and follow up on supplier orders and delivery status to ensure timely receipt of materials
• Coordinate material deliveries to project sites and liaise with site teams and drivers for smooth logistics
• Verify delivered materials against purchase orders and delivery orders to maintain accuracyManage stock-in and stock-out activities and maintain detailed inventory records for operational efficiency
