Job summary

OFFICE PLANNER PTE LTD is seeking a procurement leader to oversee end-to-end purchasing processes in a furniture-focused environment. You will develop strategies to cut costs while maintaining quality, lead supplier negotiations, and drive vendor development.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual Chinese communication with overseas partners, and expertise in purchasing, inventory, and import/export processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the furniture trade.
• Bilingual in Chinese; communicates with overseas suppliers.
• Strong background in purchasing, inventory, or materials management.
• Knowledge of import/export freight processes is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities
