Job summary

K.P.P. PACKAGING PTE LTD is seeking a procurement and materials planning professional to analyse orders, coordinate manufacturing tasks, and manage supplier relationships.

The role involves inventory planning, cost-focused purchasing, and ensuring material availability for production. The ideal candidate will coordinate with QA, production, and logistics to maintain smooth operations, while upholding ISO and FSC documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Experience with supplier audits is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO and FSC documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, plan, coordinate and arrange material and products manufacturing tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
• Propose purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to minimize cost.
• Create and maintain an inventory schedule of key materials (local and overseas).
• Organise deliveries with production and logistics to keep production flowing with needed materials.
• Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance including defective goods and corrective actions for on-time delivery.
• Work with QA dept on supplier audits.
• Shortlist new potential suppliers with recommendations and comparisons.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on purchases and supplier performance.
• Maintain daily day-to-day purchase operations.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
