Job summary

MEDVANCE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing/Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, stock control, and supplier coordination while supporting daily operations. You will forecast stock, prepare POs, handle GRN, arrange warehouse space, assist deliveries, and address customer inquiries and complaints with timely updates.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency to liaise with China suppliers and Excel skills for inventory reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in purchasing, planning, inventory, or logistics is preferred.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with China suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Forecast stock requirements and arrange stock replenishment when needed.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate incoming goods and Goods Received Notes (GRN), and plan and arrange warehouse space for receiving.
• Assist with deliveries and outgoing goods when required.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate with suppliers to resolve product quality issues, and provide customers with timely updates until the issues are fully resolved.
• Conduct product updates and revamp when required.
• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned.
