Job summary

ASAP MARINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Purchase & Sales Executive (Marine Industry) to manage end-to-end purchasing and provide administrative support to the sales team and customers in Singapore.

You will handle PO processing, vendor coordination, supplier performance analysis, and material planning while also supporting customer inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment with attentive client follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Create, maintain, and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate and follow up with vendors on shipping and delivery schedules.
• Supplier Performance: Evaluate supplier performance and recommend quality improvement measures.
• Sourcing & Negotiation: Source new suppliers, perform supplier analysis, and handle commercial negotiations.
• Material Planning: Prepare material plans, generate inventory forecasts, and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Capacity Tracking: Communicate with suppliers regarding production capacities, readiness, and material supply.
• Sales Support & Customer Service: Attend to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process incoming sales orders.
• Order Fulfillment: Monitor active orders to ensure timely completion and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Client Relations: Conduct follow-up calls to update clients on procedures and assess customer satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations: Organize and prepare presentation materials ahead of strict deadlines.
