Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd seeks a trained instructor to deliver bus and heavy vehicle training in accordance with the prescribed lesson plan.

You will conduct mock exams, maintain a safe training environment, and meet KPI targets set by your supervisor. The role requires proficiency in a second language to connect with non-English speaking trainees and collaboration with safety and training teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in any discipline.
• Certification in Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA preferred.
• ODVL/BDVL with valid Class 4 or Class 5 driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience in Bus Training/Heavy Vehicle Training.
• Proficiency in a second language to communicate to non-English speaking trainees.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training and activities as per the lesson plan.
• Conduct mock exams for learners as part of exam preparation.
• Ensure trainings are conducted in a safe and conducive environment.
• Follow the KPI requirements set by Supervisor.
• Share incident related to workplace safety & health issue related to traffic safety management at workplace.
