Job summary

Public Service Division (Singapore) invites self-motivated students to join as a PP PIntern. You will engage with ministries and agencies, support events, and contribute to competency and career development initiatives across the Public Service.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis for leadership reporting and may participate in cross-workstreams to understand governance perspectives. This internship offers exposure to One Talent Gateway and governmental workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support agency-level engagement sessions such as roadshows and town halls.
• Review and refine the competency bank and career development initiatives with partners to support competency-driven growth.
• Conduct data analysis for leadership reporting purposes.
• Potential involvement in other workstreams to gain Centre of Government perspective.
