Job summary

Public Service Division (Singapore) invites PPP interns to join a team transforming workplace experience across the Whole-of-Government. You will assist in developing employee experience initiatives, conduct user research, and coordinate with agencies to enhance officers’ lived experience.

You will develop skills in programme development, stakeholder coordination, and using AI tools for data processing and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing employee experience initiatives across the Whole-of-Government (WOG).
• Conduct user research to understand officer needs and gather insights.
• Coordinate with public agencies to implement cross-agency collaboration efforts.
• Support project coordination, progress tracking and materials preparation.
