Job summary

The Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) seeks a proactive intern to support the Registry of Marriages in Singapore with appointments and reappointments of Licensed Solemnisers (LSes). The intern will review applications for completeness and track submissions with ROM officers, Nominating Bodies and LSes.

This internship offers exposure to stakeholder engagement, digital service delivery, and public administration, while building administrative and analytical skills in a government

Qualifications

• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical and administrative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable engaging external stakeholders via email and phone.
• Ability to review, track and manage large volumes of applications and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently.
• Interest in digital service delivery, operations management or public administration would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Track nomination submissions from Nominating Bodies.
• Manage stakeholder enquiries and monitor progress of applications.
• Follow up on records and trackers.
• Support communications with Nominating Bodies and Licensed Solemnisers.
