Ministry of Social and Family Development offers an internship opportunity in the Family Support Division. You will review programme content, create new materials for marriage preparation, and support stakeholder engagements, contributing to quality assurance and policy-inspired programmes.

The role provides hands-on experience in digital content creation, service management, and cross-functional collaboration within Singapore's social services sector.

What the role is:

The Family Support Division (FSD) oversees marriage support and divorce support programmes. The Division establishes standards and guidelines relating to marriage and family support services, whilst ensuring programme quality and effectiveness.

What you will be working on:

During the internship, the intern will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

• Reviewing programme content to ensure it meets programme standards.
• Creating new programme content for the marriage preparation programme (e.g. videos, activities).
• Supporting the service management of agencies and stakeholder engagements.
• Designing and creating programme materials.

The intern will gain valuable exposure to Singapore's family support ecosystem whilst contributing to meaningful programmes that strengthen marriages and support families. This role offers hands‑on experience in policy implementation, digital innovation, stakeholder coordination, and programme management within the social services sector.

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing or having completed relevant qualification
• Preference for candidates with experience creating videos from content planning to video editing and graphic design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities and team collaboration
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders whilst being self‑motivated with strong follow‑through capabilities
