Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or having completed a relevant qualification.
• Experience creating videos from content planning to video editing and graphic design is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with interpersonal abilities and team collaboration.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders with self-motivation and strong follow-through.
• Adaptability to handle varied responsibilities across programme areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva for visual content creation.
• Willingness to learn chatbot development tools.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing programme content to ensure it meets programme standards.
• Creating new programme content for the marriage preparation programme (videos, activities).
• Supporting the service management of agencies and stakeholder engagements.
• Designing and creating programme materials.
