Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager (Consultant) to support the development, launch, adoption, operations, and ongoing enhancement of central government products. You will coordinate with Product Managers, government agencies, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities include coordinating procurement, billing, and day-to-day project operations, providing regular status updates, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, coordination, or IT operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-party coordination.
• Experience with suppliers and managing contractual deliverables.
• Familiarity with IT procurement processes and licences.
• Experience handling customer queries and billing issues.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Aware of AI tools to improve productivity and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Singapore Government or public-sector tech projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development, launch, adoption, operations, and enhancement of central government products.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
• Provide project status updates and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Schedule, plan, and facilitate adoption with government agencies.
• Coordinate procurement for IT hardware, software, licences, and professional services.
• Manage suppliers and vendors to meet contractual obligations.
• Track procurement requests and related documentation.
• Respond to queries relating to product utilisation and billing.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with internal and external parties.
• Maintain documentation of procurement, billing, project activities and issues.
• Prepare status updates, trackers, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist Product Manager in product briefings and stakeholder sessions.
• Support Product Manager in delivery, adoption, and operations.
• Use Excel and AI tools to support tracking, reporting, and day-to-day activities.
