Job summary

DXC Technology Services Singapore Pte. Ltd invites applications for a Senior Manager, Client Partner – Public Sector who will lead relationships with Singapore’s public sector accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding long-term value.

You will orchestrate DXC resources across sales, solutioning, delivery, and industry teams to win opportunities, manage renewals, and ensure client success while navigating government procurement processes.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of client-facing sales or account management in IT services or consulting.
• Proven ability to grow large client accounts and revenue targets in enterprise settings.
• Experience selling end-to-end IT services including cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Strong exec-level influencing, strategic account planning, and cross-functional leadership.
• Knowledge of Singapore public sector procurement is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Drive meaningful revenue growth across assigned Singapore public sector accounts through expansion of existing services and acquisition of new opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client priorities and DXC growth objectives.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and provide regular updates on pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance.
• Opportunity Origination & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned accounts.
• Lead contract renewal and retention strategies to protect and expand existing revenue streams.
