Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of consulting or government/large corporate experience.
• Experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale transformation.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Singapore or abroad.

Responsibilities

• Part of a core engagement team on CXO level strategy and transformation.
• Lead an independent module of an engagement; structuring, data gathering, analysis and recommendations.
• Manage a team of 2-3 junior consultants.
• Interact with client counterparts during project cadence.
