JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to coordinate ICT, data and digital transformation initiatives across the public sector.

You will work with business users, technical teams and vendors to ensure governance, cybersecurity and data management requirements are met. The role focuses on delivering data platforms, analytics solutions and enterprise applications, aligning with Whole-of-Government objectives and engaging multiple agencies to mitigate risks and manage

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating ICT/digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to public sector governance and procurement.
• Stakeholder management with business users, technical teams and vendors.
• Experience in data platforms, data lakes or analytics projects.
• Familiarity with data governance and data security controls.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate delivery and enhancement of enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions with technical teams and vendors.
• Identify data requirements, reporting needs and analytics opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Track data integration across systems, including structured and unstructured data.
• Support implementation of data governance, data quality and data security controls.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects and analysts to meet business needs.
• Manage dependencies between applications, integration platforms and data ecosystems.
• Engage government agencies and governance committees for project updates and approvals.
