Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in Singapore seeks a Project Manager (Consultant) to lead the delivery and operation of digital systems for a Singapore public sector client. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, procurement, security and vendor teams to align delivery, commercial and operational priorities.

You will independently manage small-to-medium ICT projects or substantial maintenance workstreams, own governance and vendor performance, and drive delivery through to closure,

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant project management experience in ICT/digital projects.
• Independent delivery from planning through implementation and support.
• Experience across Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Procurement documentation, vendor proposals, effort estimates and reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery plans including scope, milestones and risks.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to translate user needs into priorities.
• Lead test and release-readiness across system, user and security testing.
• Manage vendors, maintenance contracts, service levels and renewals.
• Coordinate procurement, financial and security workstreams and budgeting.
