Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Min 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement or employer branding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR workflows.
• Support the digitalisation of personnel records, staff welfare processes and other HR operations.
• Develop content for LinkedIn and maintain the organisation’s LinkedIn pages.
• Support employer-branding and employee communications.
• Review and update HR policies and guidelines to ensure they remain relevant and practical.
• Coordinate employee-engagement and recognition activities, including award ceremonies, promotion ceremonies and corporate events.
