Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking an Engagement Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of ADM/AMS engagements in the Public Sector. You will be the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, governance, and client satisfaction across one or more accounts, working with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 12+ years in IT services delivery with proven governance, P&L, and multi-location leadership, and familiarity with ITIL, PMP, and

Qualifications

Significant IT services delivery experience (12+ years).
Proven track record leading large ADM/AMS engagements.
Experience delivering programs for Public Sector/government clients.
Strong governance, SLA/KPI, RAID/risk management skills.
Experience managing P&L, commercial constructs, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary delivery contact for government clients and internal leadership.
Chair governance forums and provide data-driven status updates.
Lead end-to-end delivery across ADM/AMS, including modernization and transformation.
Manage SLAs/KPIs, RAID, and change/release management.
Oversee service transitions and knowledge transfer; drive improvements.
