Job summary

EY offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end technology delivery for public sector engagements, guiding multi-disciplinary teams of architects, developers and business analysts to successful outcomes. In this Delivery Lead role you will own project governance, budgets and risk management, build trusted client relationships and ensure delivery quality within the agreed time and scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• Strong experience in project management, programme management and technology delivery.
• Proven track record leading large public sector/government technology projects.
• Experience with GCC environments and SDLC.
• Engages with solution architects, developers and client tech teams.
• Strong governance, risk, change and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programmes.
• Accountability for scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks.
• Oversee custom application development engagements.
• Manage multidisciplinary delivery teams of architects, developers, analysts and product owners.
• Establish governance, RAID, reporting and executive-level updates.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments including government agencies.
• Collaborate with solution architects to understand designs and risks.
• Lead technology delivery within GCC environments when applicable.
• Drive risk/issue management and mitigation planning.
• Manage project commercials including budgeting and forecasts.
• Support business development and contribute to practice growth.
