Job summary

Qualifications

• PM/PMO certifications preferred (PMP/Prince2/ITIL).
• Experience in managed services with enterprise clients is a plus.
• Strong ability to influence and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the Managed Service solution end-to-end.
• Act as a pivot between ITOC and the Account team for escalations.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and account management.
• Lead incident communication, outage plans, and mitigation actions.
• Manage change processes and ensure alignment with service scope.
