Job summary

HWA SENG BUILDER PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a competent liaison and coordination professional to join our project team. You will liaise with government authorities, owners, clients and occupants, coordinate calendars and newsletters, and organize functions and events.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building, has at least 3 years local construction experience, and demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' local construction industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in multiple dialects is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful with the ability to handle complaints and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with government authorities and other bodies for project work in progress.
• Establish and maintain good relations with stakeholders, owners, clients and occupants.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on publication of calendars and newsletters.
• Organize and coordinate various functions and events.
• Receive complaints and feedback and take remedial action.
• Assist in meetings pertaining to work in progress and government authorities.
• Assist in ISO matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
