Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle public relations matters and resolve issues arising from construction projects.
• Manage public and residents' complaints, enquiries, feedback and requests.
• Coordinate with government agencies, statutory authorities, residents, town councils, consultants and contractors.
• Attend project progress meetings, site walkabouts and stakeholder coordination sessions.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly project reports.
• Assist in organising public relations activities and community engagement programmes, including festive events.
• Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with project stakeholders.
