WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Civil Engineering Public Relations Coordinator to manage PR matters arising from construction projects and to handle residents' complaints, enquiries and feedback.

You will coordinate with government agencies, town councils, consultants and contractors during site activities. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of site experience and at least 2 years on LTA projects in Singapore, with strong communication and coordination

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant construction site experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience working on LTA projects in Singapore.
Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Handle public relations matters and resolve issues arising from construction projects.
Manage public and residents' complaints, enquiries, feedback and requests.
Coordinate with government agencies, statutory authorities, residents, town councils, consultants and contractors.
Attend project progress meetings, site walkabouts and stakeholder coordination sessions.
Prepare weekly updates and monthly project reports.
Assist in organising public relations activities and community engagement programmes, including festive events.
Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with project stakeholders.
