Job summary

CHC Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Public Relations professional to manage PR for the project and engage stakeholders, including residents and government agencies. You will develop the PR plan, craft communications, and coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree and at least 3 years in PR/stakeholder engagement on large-scale projects, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience on LTA or PUB projects (public relations, stakeholder engagement, or related functions).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Friendly, approachable, and professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive, diligent, and able to work cohesively with site teams and cross-department functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage challenging stakeholder situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all public relations matters related to the project.
• Plan, launch, and manage PR programmes to engage stakeholders.
• Prepare and disseminate circulars to residents and stakeholders about upcoming or ongoing work.
• Develop and maintain the annual PR plan and submit engagement reports to Government Agencies.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings with Government Agencies and external stakeholders.
• Organize briefing sessions with internal teams, residents, community groups and stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback, and complaints related to project works.
• Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by the public or authorities.
