RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in Singapore is seeking a Public Relations professional to coordinate the PR programme for our project. You will handle enquiries from residents, consultants, and authorities, and work proactively to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.

The role also covers publishing and communication duties, liaising with contractors to address issues, and maintaining orderly records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Formación

• 5 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling inquiries from residents, consultants and authorities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate Public Relation programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from the public; mitigate complaints related to construction activities.
• Manage internal and external publications and communications for the project.
• Work with contractors to proactively resolve issues arising from construction activities.
• Maintain up-to-date filing for quick retrieval; provide administrative support as needed.

Job Description:

• Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
• Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 5 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
