Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to plan and coordinate PR programmes for the project.

The role focuses on proactive stakeholder engagement with residents, consultants, authorities, and contractors to maintain smooth communications throughout construction. You will handle enquiries and feedback, manage public requests, oversee internal and external publications, and maintain orderly records.

Qualifications

• 5 years of public relations experience
• Preferably in building trade
• Good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Public Relation programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
• Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required
