Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Public Relations professional to plan and coordinate PR programmes for the project, handling enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants and authorities, with focus on proactive issue mitigation.

You will work closely with contractors to address complaints from construction activities, maintain filing systems, and provide administrative support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GCE O/A Levels with 5 years of PR experience.
• Preferably in building trade.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Public Relation programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants and authorities.
• Deal with requests and complaints from the public.
• Oversee internal and external publication and communication.
• Work with contractors to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Filing and maintaining up-to-date records for quick retrieval.
• Provide admin support and ad-hoc tasks as required.
