Job summary

STRATEGIC ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive site coordinator for Housing & Development Board (HDB) projects in Singapore. You will liaise with residents, organize repairs, supervise daily work, and ensure accurate records and adherence to client specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating site inspections, defect rectifications, and timely execution of works with residents, contractors, consultants, and authorities such as Town Councils and HDB.

• Renovation and improvement work for HDB Hub toilets
• Upgrades and enhancements for multi-storey carpark facilities under HDBjurisdiction
• Liaised with residents, overseeing daily repair routines among workers.
• Clarified Repair Method Statements for residents, maintaining accuraterecords and adhering to Client’s specifications.
• Addressed resident feedback and complaints, reporting outcomes to themanager.
• Organized work schedules to prevent conflicts during repairs, fosteringpositive relationships with residents.
• Coordinated site inspections and managed defect rectifications.
• Planned and coordinated timely execution of works within flats,ensuring smooth project operations among residents, contractors, consultants,and authorities such as Town Councils and HDB. Proactively addressed complaintsstemming from construction activities.
