Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, helpdesk, or operations.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the end-to-end processing of corporate and public facility booking requests.
• Ensure all users strictly adhere to corporate booking terms and conditions, maintaining prompt follow-ups on outstanding payments.
• Manage the shared organizational mailbox, ensuring all reservation requests and incoming correspondences are addressed within the established service-level agreements
• Attend to public and corporate user feedback, general enquiries, complaints, and requests for quotations (RFQ) professionally.
• Review, investigate, and follow through on complex user issues to ensure effective resolution.
• Generate, analyze, and prepare facility booking reports for management review when required.
• Assist in user administration workflows and execute system user acceptance tests (UAT) for the organization's mobile application.
