Key duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing, as well as emptying trash, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. The role ensures a welcoming environment for guests and staff while following health and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• General cleaning : Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors; dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Restroom maintenance : Cleaning and sanitizing public restrooms, and regularly restocking supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Waste removal : Emptying trash bins and replacing liners in all public areas.
• Surface cleaning : Wiping down glass doors, mirrors, walls, and other surfaces.
• Equipment upkeep : Maintaining and cleaning cleaning equipment, and ensuring cleaning supplies are properly stored.
• Reporting : Immediately reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Guest interaction : Assisting guests when required and maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
• Special tasks : Assisting with special cleaning projects or events, such as carpet shampooing or cleaning banquet halls.
