Job summary

The Dice Bar in Singapore is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead the bar team, coordinate service during peak hours, and ensure smooth operations.

You will train bartenders and wait staff, manage shift rotations, handle cash and till operations, and uphold high beverage standards while creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.

This role reports directly to the bar manager and operations manager and involves stock management, supplier orders, and supporting events to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Lead, train, and schedule bartenders and waiter; conduct daily service briefings; manage shift rotation and performance.
• Oversee pub opening and closing procedures, manage cash floats, operate the till, and maintain service standards during peak hours.
• Track stock levels, conduct daily stocktakes, place orders with approved suppliers.
• Greet guests, handle customer complaints diplomatically, and support special events or promotional nights to boost sales.
• To ensure the pub runs smoothly, profitably, and safely while delivering high-quality beverage service and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guest.
• Report to bar manager and operation manager directly.
