QUEENS@0109 PTE. LTD. is seeking a bartender supervisor to assist the Pub manager in overseeing daily operations, staff management, financial performance, and guest experience. This full-time role offers an opportunity to lead pub operations and maintain high service standards.

Key duties include supervising floor operations, managing shifts, handling cash flow, ensuring compliance with safety and licensing rules, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving promotions and events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or pub operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, basic accounting, bartending and cocktail mixing.
• Certifications: valid alcohol service permits and food safety where required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Operations & floor management to ensure the pub opens and runs smoothly.
• Staff leadership including shift planning, training, and performance reviews.
• Inventory and stock control for beer, wine, liquor, mixers and ice.
• Financial and cash management with daily sales tracking and budgeting.
• Compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and alcohol licensing requirements.
• Customer relations, greeting guests, resolving complaints, and curating events to drive business.
• Bar counter management and ensuring drinks are served to the right customers.
